Training Course to Grant a Media Skills Qualifying Diploma Registered in The Turkish Ministry of Higher Education

The Middle East Forum for Policies and Future Studies in cooperation with the Arab Media Association in Turkey held a joint training course to grant a Media Skills Qualifying Diploma registered in the Turkish Ministry of Higher Education. The course extended from December 17 to 25, 2022.

Lectures were organized to include multiple subjects, namely: voice acting and elocution. Other lectures were given on media freedom and safety of journalists in Turkish and international law. Lecturers and trainers were experts from the most prominent Arab countries and from Turkey who were recruited from various Turkish universities.

Some people attended the training sessions virtually, while others did it physically.

In total, about forty trainees attended the training course, most of whom are well-experienced media professionals and journalists.
